Welcome - Early Career Hospital Pharmacists

This space has been created for pharmacists who are early in their careers or new to hospital practice. Whether you have been registered for a few years or have recently stepped into the hospital environment, this group is here to support your learning and development.

Hospital pharmacy can be an exciting and sometimes challenging place to start or grow your career. Every day brings new clinical questions, unfamiliar situations, and opportunities to build confidence in patient care. This page is designed to help you along that journey.

Here you will find recordings from training sessions, useful resources, and suggested reading to support your development in hospital and clinical practice. The content is intended to complement your day-to-day learning on the wards and give you a place to revisit key topics at your own pace.

We encourage you to explore the materials, join the sessions when you can, and connect with other pharmacists who are at a similar stage of their careers. Learning together and sharing experiences is one of the best ways to build confidence and capability in hospital practice.

Welcome to the community — we’re glad you’re here.
